The Tangerang City Government continues to show its commitment to strengthening the micro-enterprise ecosystem in its region. Through the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises (Disperindagkop UKM), the Tangerang City Government once again organized the Basic Level Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Improving the Quality of Micro-Enterprise Human Resources, Batch II, at the Cisadane Building.
This training program was attended by 45 selected micro-entrepreneurs. The main focus of this activity is to provide a deep understanding of good business governance in order to build a solid business foundation so that MSME players are ready to compete and scale up to a higher level.
The Head of the Data and Quality Improvement of Micro-Enterprise Human Resources Work Team of Disperindagkop UKM Tangerang City, Musokib, emphasized that the participants had gone through a strict selection process. The assessment was based on aspects of formal legality as well as the business profile of each micro-entrepreneur. As an absolute requirement for participation, all attending participants were confirmed to already hold a Business Identification Number (NIB).
