PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) has just signed a credit agreement with PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia to obtain a working capital financing facility worth IDR 400 billion. The cooperation agreement was officially ratified by both parties on July 3, 2026.

Based on the information disclosure report, the loan amount is equivalent to 32.83 percent of the company's total equity as of the end of 2025. Given its significant value, this transaction is categorized as a material transaction in accordance with the regulations set out in POJK Number 17/2020.

Dwi Indriyanie, Corporate Secretary of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk, explained that the selection of Bank KEB Hana as a funding partner was based on competitive interest rate offers and a facility structure deemed highly supportive of the company's strategic needs. This step was taken to ensure smooth cash flow and financing operations moving forward.

The additional working capital will be focused on expanding the reach of financing distribution to debtors. With this new funding support, the company is optimistic about maintaining liquidity and driving sustainable business portfolio growth amid current market dynamics.

Through this capital structure reinforcement, TIFA is projected to have better flexibility in managing funding sources, enabling the company to pursue more aggressive business expansion while meeting the financial support needs of its business partners.
