PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) demonstrated a positive performance in the first half of 2026. The financing institution successfully recorded solid asset growth and a surge in new investment commitments to support various sustainable infrastructure projects in the country.

As of late June 2026, IIF's total assets reportedly reached IDR 15.0 trillion, growing by 4.6 percent compared to the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy). Out of this total, productive assets such as loans and securities contributed IDR 13.4 trillion. Interestingly, IIF secured six new financing commitments worth IDR 2.5 trillion in this first semester, surging sharply compared to the achievement throughout 2025 which was recorded at IDR 799 billion.

The new commitments were channeled to several vital national sectors, including healthcare, ports, telecommunications, and renewable energy. In addition, IIF's advisory services business line also grew rapidly, securing nine new mandates worth IDR 19.0 billion. One of the main mandates undertaken is assisting in the Waste-to-Energy (PSEL) program to accelerate integrated urban waste management.

In terms of financial performance, IIF recorded operating revenue of IDR 542.7 billion and a net profit of IDR 38.2 billion in H1 2026. The decline in net profit compared to last year was influenced by early repayments by debtors in the first quarter and the implementation of a more conservative capital provisioning policy. Nevertheless, the company's non-interest income soared by 54.8 percent yoy to IDR 43.0 billion.

The company's asset quality remained maintained with a robust Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at 56.79 percent, far above the regulatory threshold. President Director and CEO of IIF, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, expressed his optimism regarding the company's business resilience amidst global economic dynamics. According to him, IIF's strengthening portfolio is supported by funding cost efficiency and close collaboration with shareholders.

To support its future business expansion, IIF has raised over IDR 1.3 trillion in new funding from domestic and global financial institutions, plus IDR 652 billion from the capital market through bonds and perpetual securities. On the other hand, IIF's commitment to implementing international environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards was also recognized through various prestigious awards from global institutions such as FinanceAsia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
