PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) showed impressive performance in the wealth management sector. Over the 2022 to 2025 period, this business line recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 29 percent. Along with this positive trend, the company's total assets under management (AUM) successfully broke the IDR 120 trillion mark.

This surge in interest reflects a shift in orientation among affluent customers in Indonesia. While previously customers' primary focus was limited to pursuing investment returns, now their demands are far more complex. Customers are beginning to shift towards integrated financial solutions that cover asset protection, estate planning, and financing strategies in one comprehensive service package.

President Director of OCBC NISP, Parwati Surjaudaja, emphasized that the role of wealth management has now transformed from simply being an investment product provider to becoming a supportive partner for clients. This service is designed to accompany customers through every phase of life, from wealth accumulation and risk mitigation to the process of transferring assets to the next generation.

Looking ahead, OCBC NISP plans to strengthen a more personalized, inclusive, and digitally-enabled service approach. Although digital technology via the OCBC Mobile application will continue to be optimized, Parwati emphasized that the presence of advisory teams and relationship managers remains the main pillar. The human touch is considered crucial to providing peace of mind and ensuring that the designed financial solutions are truly aligned with the customers' long-term life aspirations.
