The Pesawaran Regency Government officially held the "Manjau Jama Warga" Folk Festival to commemorate the local regency's 19th anniversary. The event, centered at Kridayuana Field, Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, was opened directly by the Regent of Pesawaran, Hj. Nanda Indira B., on Friday (24/07/2026).
The excitement of the first day began with a joint exercise session with thousands of residents, followed by a 2.5-kilometer healthy walk. To motivate the community, the local government provided various attractive prizes, ranging from household appliances, mountain bikes, electric bicycles, to the grand prize of an electric motorcycle. The event was also attended by Deputy Regent Antonius Muhammad Ali, along with members of Forkopimda and representatives from OJK Lampung.
In her speech, Regent Nanda Indira expressed her appreciation for the synergy and mutual cooperation of all elements of society in supporting regional development over the past 19 years. She emphasized that the "Manjau Jama Warga" program is a concrete step by the government to facilitate access to public services for all segments of the Pesawaran community.
Through this program, the public can access various essential services in one place without having to visit the respective government offices. The available services include the processing of driver's licenses (SIM) and police clearance certificates (SKCK) by the Pesawaran Police, population administration, integrated licensing, vehicle tax payments, as well as free health checks and blood donations.
In addition to focusing on services, the folk festival, which runs until July 26, 2026, also serves as a driver for the local economy. Dozens of MSMEs were facilitated to market their flagship products in order to encourage direct economic transactions and strengthen the togetherness of the Pesawaran community.
