The Veterans Association of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics officially broke ground on a decent house for war veteran Van Ba Nen, located in Dan Dien Commune, Hue City. The project is funded through a 100 million VND fundraising effort collected from contributions of officials, association members, and donor partners committed to supporting the welfare of veterans.
This activity embodies the nation's noble values, namely the spirit of "remembering the water source" and deep respect for those who have contributed significantly to the country's sovereignty. More than just material aid, this initiative reaffirms the solidarity tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in ensuring that every veteran receives proper care and support in their old age.
Representatives of the Veterans Association of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics emphasized that this housing construction program has become a routine agenda for the organization. Its main focus is to ease the living burden of veterans, particularly those with war disabilities or families facing difficult economic conditions.
