Lhokseumawe — The Public Administration Student Association (HIMA AP) of Universitas Malikussaleh (Unimal) has successfully concluded the term of office of the Cakrabhiyasa Cabinet through real action in the community. Through the Community Service Department, they organized a social program titled "LENTERA" with the local theme "Saban Tagrak Ngon Galak, Peutrang Udep Keu Aneuk Bangsa" at two different locations in Lhokseumawe City.

The social action, which took place on Monday (27/7/2026), targeted two vulnerable groups: around 50 students of the Lhokseumawe City State Special Needs School (SLB) and 25 foster children at the Muhammadiyah Lhokseumawe Orphanage. The program was specifically designed to provide a sustainable impact in accordance with the specific needs of each location.

At SLB Lhokseumawe, the students introduced a technological innovation in the form of a digital service chatbot. This user-friendly technology is specifically designed to facilitate communication and service access for students with special needs. In addition, HIMA AP also handed over a school layout map to facilitate room navigation for students, teaching staff, and visiting guests.

Meanwhile, the visit to the Muhammadiyah Orphanage focused on meeting basic needs and child empowerment. In addition to distributing basic food packages, the students provided handicraft training aimed at honing creativity and building self-confidence in the orphanage children from an early age.

The Head of the Community Service Department of HIMA AP Unimal, Shadrina Shani Mustika, explained that this LENTERA program was a sweet closing for their administration. According to her, the entire design of the activities was based on observations of real needs in the field to ensure that the assistance provided was on target.

The Chairman of HIMA AP Unimal, Revo Bayu Erlangga Saragih, emphasized the important role of students in implementing the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars) of Higher Education, particularly the community service pillar. Revo hopes that the values of social concern initiated by the Cakrabhiyasa Cabinet can be maintained and continued by the next generation of administrators.
