The Sibolga City Government (Pemko Sibolga) continues to strengthen its commitment to building the work ethic and integrity of state civil apparatuses (ASN) through a mental and spiritual nurturing program. One realization was seen on Monday (13/7/2026) morning, when several Protestant Christian employees attended a joint worship service in the Hall of the Sibolga City Health Department, Jalan SM Raja No. 56A.

This activity refers to Sibolga Mayor Circular Letter Number: 451.12/77/2026, which regulates congregational Dhuhr prayers for Muslim employees as well as services for Christian and Catholic employees. The program, initiated by Mayor Akhmad Syukri Nazry Penarik and Vice Mayor Pantas Maruba Lumban Tobing, targets all levels of employees, ranging from civil servants (PNS), contract employees (PPPK), to outsourced workers within the Sibolga City Government.

In the service coordinated by the Sibolga City Health Department, the sermon was delivered by Pastor Tuti Purba from Bethel Indonesia Church (GBI) Sibolga Baru. Taking the theme of "Honesty" based on 1 Peter 3:10, Pastor Tuti reminded the apparatuses to always guard their speech and avoid manipulative behavior to achieve a blessed life.

Through this spiritual guidance, civil servants are encouraged to integrate values of honesty into daily public service. By maintaining moral integrity, public services are expected to run more transparently, professionally, and reliably.

To ensure public services continue operating optimally without disruption, the Sibolga City Government implements a rotation system for each Regional Device Organization (OPD). These spiritual services and mental nurturing sessions are held regularly from Monday to Thursday.
