The Government of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) is committed to continuously improving the quality of public services and enforcing the discipline of civil servants (ASN). This was emphasized by the Regent of Bolsel, H. Iskandar Kamaru, while leading the weekly work assembly at the Panango Office Complex Assembly Field, Bolaang Uki District. The assembly was also attended by Deputy Regent Deddy Abdul Hamid, Regional Secretary M. Arvan Ohy, and the local regional apparatus heads.
On that occasion, Regent Iskandar expressed his deep appreciation to all parties who contributed to the success of the series of celebrations for the 18th Anniversary of Bolsel Regency. Although held within the framework of budget efficiency, all agendas were considered successful. Nevertheless, he gave a special note that next year's event should be packed more concisely and efficiently without reducing the solemnity of the occasion.
Employee discipline was also a major highlight for the regional head. Iskandar reminded all civil servants to always comply with working hours regulations. He emphasized that the provision of the Income Improvement Allowance (TPP) in the future will be strictly accumulated, referencing directly the attendance rate and the actual performance of each staff member in the field.
The healthcare sector received the most crucial attention in the regent's directives. He instructed all medical personnel, both at community health centers (Puskesmas) and regional hospitals (RSUD), to provide humane and responsive care. He strictly prohibited any discriminatory practices between general patients and BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance) users, and requested that immediate first-aid treatment be provided to patients without being hindered by administrative procedures.
To support this service commitment, the Government of Bolsel Regency is moving quickly to equip various medical facilities. Several strategic steps currently underway include expanding the polyclinic waiting room, procuring a cardiac catheterization tool (Cath Lab), and strengthening cooperation with cardiologists to ensure comprehensive healthcare services for the community.
