President Director of CIMB Niaga, Lani Darmawan, stated that East Kalimantan is now transforming into a new investment magnet that requires fast and adaptive financial service support.

Nationally, CIMB Niaga's financial performance also recorded positive results in the first quarter of 2026, with a pre-tax profit of IDR 2.3 trillion. Loans and financing reached IDR 235.1 trillion, while third-party funds (DPK) increased to IDR 260.1 trillion, with the low-cost fund ratio (CASA) reaching a record high of 73.9 percent. The sharia and sustainable financing sectors also continue to show significant increases.
