Regal Group has officially launched a series of strategic policies designed to provide comprehensive support for residents in the low-rise residential area of Regal Legend. This initiative aims to reduce the financial burden while enhancing the managerial capacity of property owners from the early stages of their operations.

As a concrete form of support, the company is offering exemptions on management and operational fees for customers with outstanding payment obligations, provided that the units are completed and operational before December 31, 2026. In addition, the first ten residents will also receive cash support of 200 million VND for interior completion costs, scheduled to be disbursed before mid-2027.

Not only focusing on capital aspects, Regal Group also facilitates skill enhancement for residents through professional hospitality management training. This program covers various operational aspects, ranging from food and beverage (F&B) outlet management, distribution strategies through international online platforms such as Agoda and Airbnb, to seasonal revenue optimization techniques.

The success of the ecosystem at Regal Legend is reflected in the consistent occupancy rates of 80-95 percent, with net profit margins ranging from 8-12 percent per year. This stability is maintained thanks to the developer's strategy of hosting a series of festivals that maintain guest traffic throughout the year, while minimizing the impact of the 'low season' on local business owners.

Looking ahead, Regal Legend is predicted to experience a significant surge in economic growth during the 2026-2028 period. With the projected influx of over 3,000 new residents and the development of high-end infrastructure such as an international convention center and a themed night street, the area is poised to become a promising driver of the night economy for property investors.
