The Department of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) of Ha Tinh Province is currently carrying out a strategic initiative in the form of an in-depth survey of the local business sector. This step targets business actors, cooperatives, production groups, and household businesses to map their readiness and needs in adopting the electronic commerce or e-commerce ecosystem.
The survey is designed to gather comprehensive data on specific constraints and needs on the ground, ranging from assistance in product registration on marketplaces, digital marketing strategies, to technical training such as live streaming sales techniques. In addition, the relevant agency also wants to gather input regarding the need for brand development consulting and participation in trade fairs, both locally and outside the province.
One of the main focuses of this program is to bridge business actors with large-scale digital platforms, including a partnership program with Shopee MII. Through this cooperation model, products that have met quality standards and supply capacity will be marketed directly through the official Shopee store. This scheme allows manufacturers to focus on product quality, while logistical aspects to digital marketing are fully managed by the platform.
The results of this data collection will serve as the main foundation for the Ha Tinh Department of Industry and Trade in drafting targeted support policies. It is hoped that future assistance programs can reduce operational costs, increase market reach for local products, and accelerate digital transformation evenly across the region.
For business actors who want to contribute, active participation is highly expected to ensure that the support program matches the practical needs of the industry. Survey registration is now open and can be accessed by contacting the Ha Tinh Department of Industry and Trade via the Zalo short message service at 0858.540.177, from June 26 to July 15, 2026.
