PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (ANTM) recorded a drop in the buyback price of gold bars during trading on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Antam's gold buyback value was observed to correct by IDR 21,000, bringing it to the current position of IDR 2,393,000 per gram.
Based on official information from the Logam Mulia website, this buyback price applies uniformly across all gold denominations and production years. Globally recognized ANTAM LM gold bars have a buyback value that fluctuates in line with gold commodity price movements in the international market.
For members of the public wishing to conduct buyback transactions, it should be noted that there are tax obligations regulated under PMK No 34/PMK.10/2017. For transactions above IDR 10 million, an Income Tax (PPh 22) deduction of 1.5 percent applies to NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) holders, while non-NPWP holders are subject to a rate of 3 percent. This tax deduction is made directly from the total buyback value received by the customer.
In addition, the company emphasized the importance of administrative data compliance in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 112/PMK.03/2022. Given that the NIK (National Identification Number) has now been integrated as the NPWP for Individual Taxpayers, customers are required to ensure the accuracy of their identity data before proceeding with transactions at Logam Mulia outlets.
