PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk continues to strengthen its business transformation steps to create sustainable value that goes beyond merely providing road infrastructure. The company has now adopted a new paradigm, shifting its orientation from infra as a structure to infra as a culture or infraculture. Through this approach, toll road management is designed not only to connect regions, but also to serve as an economic driver and to enhance the travel experience for users.
President Director of Jasa Marga, Rivan A. Purwantono, emphasized that the company's indicators of success have now shifted. The benchmark for success is no longer solely based on the length of toll roads or the size of assets managed, but rather on the tangible impact felt by the public, investors, and the state. Business strategy is also now customer-centric, applying Know Your Customer principles to optimize service across all operational lines.
As the backbone of national connectivity serving approximately 3.5 million vehicles daily, Jasa Marga is strengthening its digital ecosystem. One of the main innovations introduced is the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC), a data-driven, integrated operational control center that monitors traffic in real-time. The presence of the JMTC received appreciation from academic Prof. Mohammed Ali Berawi, who assessed the step as a crucial form of smart mobility integration for future sustainability.
In addition to JMTC, road user satisfaction has also been boosted through the Travoy (Travel with Comfort and Joy) application, which has been downloaded more than 1.3 million times. Business practitioner Prof. Rhenald Kasali also praised the application, noting that it successfully addresses changing public service expectations in the digital era. The reliability of these operational services is also enhanced by simplifying emergency contact numbers to Call Center 133, as well as rejuvenating rest area facilities into local tourism and economic destinations.
This comprehensive transformation goes hand in hand with solid financial performance in the first quarter of 2026, in which Jasa Marga recorded operating revenue of IDR 5.1 trillion, growing 10.4 percent year-on-year. Furthermore, the company continues to accelerate the completion of several national strategic toll road projects, such as the Probolinggo-Banyuwangi and Yogyakarta-Bawen sections, to strengthen national logistics and support regional tourism.
