Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., better known as Foxconn, reported a significant surge in performance this quarter. Nvidia's key manufacturing partner posted a 40 percent increase in sales, a figure that beat initial forecasts from capital market analysts.

This impressive growth was driven by rising global demand for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. Foxconn has now solidified its position as the backbone of AI hardware manufacturing by producing advanced servers that integrate Nvidia's graphics accelerators.

In an official statement, the company expressed optimism that this growth momentum will continue. Beyond the high demand for AI servers, Foxconn's operations were also buoyed by the arrival of the peak demand season for various Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products.

Investment trends in the AI sector remain aggressive despite ongoing debates regarding production capacity and future technology monetization strategies. Tech giants such as Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft have reportedly allocated up to US$725 billion this year, a strategic move that directly boosts Foxconn's manufacturing operations on both an annual and quarterly basis.
