KUDUS – A total of 21 students from the Digital Business Bachelor's Degree (S1) Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kudus (UMKU) achieved a proud milestone. After completing a three-month internship program at various leading companies in Central Java, these sixth-semester students immediately received job offers from the industry partners where they conducted their practical training.

This success was presented during the Internship Results Seminar held on the local campus. During the period from April 13 to July 13, 2026, the students were deployed to 12 strategic locations, including the Pura Employee Cooperative (Kopkar), Sukun Druck Printing Kudus, CV Elgant in Demak, and Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus. Their excellent performance during the internship prompted many companies to immediately recruit them as permanent staff.

The Head of the UMKU Digital Business Study Program, Fifi Endah Irawati, S.E., M.M., stated that the high interest of the industrial sector in the students is concrete evidence of the alignment between the curriculum and market needs. According to her, students have been equipped with cutting-edge competencies such as digital marketing, e-commerce management, business data analysis, and creative digital content creation.

In addition to classroom theory, UMKU also implements project-based learning methods and real-world case studies combined with direct industrial practice. This approach is considered effective in honing students' professional skills, training teamwork, and improving communication skills in a professional work environment.

Observing the positive absorption of graduates, the study program is committed to continuing to expand its partnership network. UMKU plans to strengthen collaboration with various start-ups and national corporations to produce digital talents who are adaptive, innovative, and globally competitive.
