The Jembrana Regency Government (Pemkab Jembrana) held a Bhakti Penganyar ceremony at Pura Mandara Giri Semeru Agung, Lumajang Regency, East Java, on Thursday (7/2/2026). This religious ritual was conducted as a form of devotion and to seek spiritual blessings for the entire government administration and the people of Jembrana.

The prayer procession took place solemnly, led directly by the Regent of Jembrana, I Made Kembang Hartawan, accompanied by Deputy Regent Gede Ngurah Patriana Krisna. The worship series was officiated by Ida Peranda Made Dwija Putra from Griya Mas Taman Sari, Baturiti, who chanted sacred mantras throughout the ritual.

The event was attended by the Regional Secretary, Assistants, heads of regional departments, and leaders of the Customary Village Council (MDA) of Jembrana Regency. The spiritual atmosphere was further enhanced by the performance of the Rejang Adri Dance presented by members of the Indonesian Hindu Dharma Women's Association (WHDI) of Jembrana Regency as a sacred offering.

This Bhakti Penganyar ritual is an integral part of the Pujawali ceremony series at Pura Mandara Giri Semeru Agung, the peak of which was held on June 29. The ritual series is scheduled to conclude on July 10, 2026, with the penyineban (closing) procession.

Regent Kembang Hartawan emphasized that this moment is crucial for seeking guidance so that all development programs and public services in Jembrana can run optimally. In addition to offering prayers, the Jembrana Regency Government also handed over a sacred donation (dana punia) of IDR 10 million to the temple committee as a form of support for the holy event.
