The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, officially held the National Training Conference on Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Work for 2026. The event, which opened on July 3, was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Pham Tat Thang.
The event, which took place at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, was connected online to various regions across the country, ensuring broad participation of officials from central to local levels. Over a day and a half, delegates delved into nine strategic topics presented by experienced experts and practitioners, with a primary focus on the implementation of the resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
The main objective of the conference was to update the knowledge and technical skills of the cadres. Through this training, it is expected that alignment in mindset and actions will be created across all ranks, to strengthen the quality of party building in the ideological and ethical fields, while fostering public trust in the socialist system and the state.
Furthermore, it was emphasized that the propaganda sector must be able to adapt to the dynamics of the times through digital transformation. Cadres are encouraged to be proactive in conducting situation analysis, improving the quality of strategic advice, and strengthening the protection of the party's ideological foundation from various views deemed erroneous or hostile.
By prioritizing innovation and the use of technology, the department aims to increase the effectiveness of mass mobilization. This step is an integral part of the grand strategy to ensure the successful implementation of the Party's resolutions for the 2025-2030 period, while responding to the demands of national development in a challenging modern era.
