KOTAGEDE, YOGYAKARTA – To strengthen ties and enhance inter-agency synergy, the District Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimtren) of Kotagede held a series of sports competitions and traditional games. This lively event was organized to welcome the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.
The festive event was attended by staff from various public service institutions, security forces, and sub-district offices in the Kotagede area. The presence of various elements, including the local Bhabinkamtibmas (Community Police), was not only to ensure the security of the event but also to actively participate directly on the field.
In addition to fostering sportsmanship, these competitions were designed to preserve the values of togetherness through traditional games rich in the meaning of mutual cooperation (gotong royong). Through this independence day momentum, it is hoped that cross-sectoral coordination and communication in the Kotagede region will become increasingly solid to improve public services for the community.
