PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services (AXA Mandiri) has officially expanded the reach of its healthcare service ecosystem through a strategic partnership with PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (Hermina Hospital). This initiative is designed to create a more transparent medical financing flow, thereby providing cost certainty for customers undergoing both outpatient and inpatient care.

AXA Mandiri Director, Uke Giri Utama, explained that this synergy aims to eliminate uncertainty regarding medical expenses. With clear transparency standards, customers are expected to undergo the recovery process with greater peace of mind. On the other hand, this system integration also supports hospital operations to be more effective and efficient in serving policyholder patients.

This step is a continuation of AXA Mandiri's commitment to strengthening the national healthcare network. Previously, the company inaugurated similar partnerships with Mitra Keluarga Hospital and EMC Healthcare to expand accessibility to quality medical services for customers across Indonesia.

The company's performance records demonstrate a massive commitment to protection, where throughout 2025, AXA Mandiri paid out claims and insurance benefits worth IDR 7.7 trillion. Currently, the company is recorded to provide health protection to more than 3.8 million insured individuals in Indonesia.

To complement the collaboration, the three parties—AXA Mandiri, AdMedika, and Hermina Hospital—also held a public education session. The discussion involving health and operational experts focused on improving public literacy regarding the importance of integrating insurance and healthcare services to enhance quality of life.
