PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk Kolaka Nickel Mining Business Unit (UBP) reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining security stability in its operational area. This step was realized through a joint sports agenda involving the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), National Police (Polri), and company employees at Patepo Field, Pomalaa, on Friday (3/7/2026).
The event began with a morning jogging session for all participants, followed by friendly matches filled with sportsmanship. The warm atmosphere provided an effective medium to foster camaraderie while building fluid cross-sectoral coordination outside of official duty routines.
Bambang Tri Ariwibowo, CSR & ER Bureau Head of PT ANTAM UBP Nikel Kolaka, stated that collaboration with security forces is a fundamental pillar for the continuity of company operations. According to him, harmonious synergy with security institutions is crucial capital for creating a conducive working environment in the National Vital Object area.
The event was attended by leadership ranks from various agencies, including the Chief of Pomalaa Sector Police (Kapolsek), Commander of Wundulako Military District Command 02 (Danramil), and representatives from the Kolaka Detachment of Military Police (Subdenpom). The presence of law enforcement leaders underscores a collective commitment to maintaining regional security and supporting sustainable investment in Kolaka Regency.
On the other hand, security force representatives expressed appreciation for PT ANTAM's consistent initiative in engaging security agencies. They assessed that such togetherness-based activities can strengthen mutual trust and streamline communication channels in anticipating potential security disruptions in the future.
