The Regional Secretary of Bima City, Drs. H. Muhammad Fakhrunraji, M.E., along with regional government officials, participated in the 80th Bhayangkara Day celebrations held by the Bima City Resort Police on Saturday (4/7/2026). The event, centered at the Bima City Police Headquarters, served as a symbol of strong inter-agency cooperation in the region.

The event opened with a fun walk taking a strategic route, starting from the Bima City Police Headquarters to Dae Lakosa Park, passing through Jalan Gajah Mada, and returning to the finish line at the Police Headquarters. The activity then continued with a joint gymnastics session, enthusiastically attended by all regional leaders and invited guests.

The Regional Secretary of Bima City was directly accompanied by the Head of the Bima City Public Order Agency (Satpol PP). In addition to the hosting Bima City Police ranks, the event was also attended by the Commander of Military District 1608/Bima, the Speaker of the Bima Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), as well as leaders from the Class IIB Raba Bima Detention Center, the Bima Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNN), and local banking representatives.

More than just a physical fitness activity, this momentum was seen as a crucial means to build more fluid and harmonious inter-agency communication. The solidarity formed on the field is expected to lead to improved public service quality and effective coordination in maintaining security stability in Bima City.

The Bima City Government reaffirmed its commitment to supporting collaborative agendas with the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda). Strong synergy is believed to be the main asset in creating a conducive, safe, and orderly environment to support the acceleration of development and public welfare in the Bima City area.
