PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (ASLC) has taken a strategic step to strengthen its dominance in the automotive auction sector. The company officially established a new subsidiary named PT Autopedia Sukses Lelang Indonesia (ASLI) on July 3, 2026.

In this corporate action, ASLC partnered with PT Adi Sarana Investindo (ASI) as an affiliated partner. According to the information disclosure report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the new company was formed with an authorized and fully paid-up capital of IDR 10 billion.

The shareholding structure in PT ASLI is dominated by ASLC as the majority shareholder with a 99.999 percent stake, equivalent to IDR 9.999 billion. Meanwhile, PT Adi Sarana Investindo holds a minority stake of 0.001 percent.

ASLC management emphasized that the establishment of this subsidiary is part of the company's long-term vision to improve efficiency and expand operational reach in the auction business line. Although it does not have an immediate material impact on the financial statements, the presence of PT ASLI is expected to serve as a catalyst for performance growth and provide added value to the company in the future.
