The Gunung Sugih District Court (PN) has officially completed the execution process of mortgage rights through an auction mechanism with a value reaching IDR 9,629,743,455. The handover of the auction proceeds took place on Tuesday (7/7/2026), marking a tangible resolution to civil case Number 7/Pdt.Eks.HT/2025/PN Gns.
The executed asset consists of a 4,146-square-meter plot of land along with a warehouse building belonging to Harison Chitra, located in Yukum Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. The asset was previously publicly auctioned through the Metro State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) on June 25, 2026.
The proceeds from the auction have now been handed over to the applicant's legal counsel, Wiendarti Prastiwi & Partners, representing PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. The handover process was witnessed directly by the Head of the Gunung Sugih District Court, Ennierlia Arientowaty, alongside Registrar Chairullah and Junior Registrar for Civil Cases Yayan Sulendro.
Head of the Gunung Sugih District Court, Ennierlia Arientowaty, emphasized that the successful execution reflects her institution's commitment to upholding professionalism and transparency. She stated that orderliness in carrying out legal procedures is crucial to providing legal certainty and protecting the rights of the involved parties.
Furthermore, Ennierlia stressed that her side will continue to strive to enhance the quality of judicial services that are simple, speedy, and low-cost. This is done to maintain public trust and ensure that all stages of civil law enforcement run accountably and in accordance with applicable regulations.
