The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department recently hosted a national training conference involving more than 32,000 delegates from across the country. Held in a hybrid format, the meeting connected nearly 3,000 locations, engaging civil servants from the central level down to the sub-district and ward levels.
In his remarks, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Pham Tat Thang, emphasized the importance of the new momentum created following the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. According to him, the success of the election process for members of the National Assembly and People's Councils for the 2026–2031 term serves as a crucial political foundation in addressing development challenges in the era of digital transformation and technological innovation.
Pham Tat Thang stressed that all sectors are now required to undergo a comprehensive transformation. The main focus includes improving the quality of strategic advice, enhancing effectiveness in guiding public opinion, and strictly safeguarding the party's ideological foundation from various threats of erroneous views. Furthermore, the utilization of digital technology has become a primary instrument to boost operational efficiency in the field.
The 1.5-day conference was designed as a platform for exchanging practical experience among cadres. The training material covered nine strategic topics, ranging from strengthening the role of the press and publishing, innovating mass mobilization methods, to specialized skills in handling ethnic and religious issues, as well as communication in the cultural and arts sector.
Speakers were requested to integrate theory with grassroots reality so that every strategy produced could be immediately concretized into relevant action plans in each locality. This step is expected to strengthen national unity and consolidate social consensus in order to achieve economic growth targets and more progressive public welfare.
