The Vietnam Civil Judgment Enforcement System officially held the final round of the National Sports Festival on July 3-4, 2026. This competition is part of a series of celebrations for the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Civil Judgment Enforcement, which falls on July 19.
The lively event was attended by high-ranking officials, including Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi and Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Nguyen Thang Loi. In his remarks, Director Nguyen Thang Loi emphasized that the festival is not merely a talent showcase, but a platform to strengthen solidarity and competitive spirit among staff across all levels of the department.
This final round marks the culmination of a rigorous selection process held across five regional areas from May to June 2026. Three sports were contested—football, pickleball, and badminton—involving selected athletes representing 24 provincial agencies, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, and representatives from the Ministry of National Defence.
The long history of civil judgment enforcement in Vietnam stems from Decree No. 130-SL signed on July 19, 1946. Over time, the system has continued to transform into a crucial pillar of the national judicial system to ensure fair law enforcement for both citizens and organizations.
Through this sports festival, organizers hope to foster the image of a dynamic, disciplined, and highly dedicated workforce. All athletes competing in the national finals have committed to upholding sportsmanship while celebrating this significant institutional milestone with a strong spirit of solidarity.
