Buntulia Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is strengthening its commitment to providing inclusive basic healthcare services through active collaboration with the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Pohuwato Regency. This synergy was realized through the implementation of free health check-ups in the "Kamis EMAS" (Golden Thursday) program, which took place in Marisa District on Thursday (23/7/2026).
The Head of Puskesmas Buntulia, Ningsi Hippy, explained that this activity is part of the acceleration of the Free Health Check-Up Program (CKG), which is one of the central government's priority initiatives. This service is designed to ensure that early detection of various potential health issues is widely accessible to both the general public and government agency personnel.
"This free health check-up program is a national program from the President that we continue to maximize at the grassroots level. We hope that more parties will take advantage of this service to monitor their physical condition early on," said Ningsi.
Furthermore, Ningsi emphasized the importance of the sustainability of such cross-sector partnerships. She hopes that the collaboration with Pohuwato Bawaslu and other vertical agencies will not stop at just one moment, but will continue on an ongoing basis to expand the scope of health protection for public servants and the surrounding community.
For participants whose test results indicate health problems—such as high cholesterol or blood sugar levels—Ningsi urged them to seek immediate further treatment. Puskesmas Buntulia is fully committed to facilitating follow-up examinations and providing treatment free of charge in accordance with applicable medical procedures.
