The prestigious national printing industry event, Surabaya Printing Expo (SPE) 2026, is scheduled to take place on July 8–11, 2026, at the Grand City Convention Hall, Surabaya. This exhibition is projected to serve as a major catalyst for the advancement of the printing and graphic industry, particularly in addressing digital transformation challenges in the East Indonesia market.

Full support comes from the Indonesian Graphic Companies Association (PPGI), an organization encompassing around 600 companies across 23 provinces. This collaboration aims to build an ecosystem connecting technology providers, business practitioners, and academics to enhance industry competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic digital era.

In addition to showcasing cutting-edge printing machinery and technology, SPE 2026 will offer a series of educational agendas. Key highlights include workshops on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to creative design, as well as specialized seminars on MSME development strategies through stronger branding and innovative product packaging to boost competitiveness.

The event also receives strategic backing from various institutions, ranging from the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, to local governments and the East Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). This cross-sector synergy is expected to unlock broader business networking opportunities for entrepreneurs.

For the public and industry professionals interested in attending, the expo will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM WIB. Registration can be completed online via the official portal register.kristaonline.com/visitor/surabayaprintingexpo or through direct on-site registration during the event.
