The Greater Hub (TGH) under the auspices of the School of Business and Management (SBM) ITB, alongside the Directorate of Science and Technology Park (DKST) ITB, has achieved a brilliant milestone. Both units were named best-quality business incubator institutions by earning Category A status in the 2026 National Business Incubator Institution Ranking initiated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs.

This prestigious award was presented directly by the Minister of MSMEs, Maman Abdurrahman, during the Micro Business Ease and Protection Festival held at SMESCO Indonesia, Jakarta, on Monday (29/6/2026). This success places The Greater Hub and DKST ITB in an elite group, given that only 17 out of 746 incubator institutions in Indonesia achieved this highest status.

Head of The Greater Hub, Dina Dellyana, noted that achieving this required very strict standards. The assessment covers the entire incubation cycle, from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages, reviewing the institution's operational consistency over the past four years. The rigorous evaluation via the SIPENSI platform serves as a national benchmark for the capacity and governance impact of an incubator.

As a university-based institution, this achievement holds significant strategic value for SBM ITB. Beyond official recognition of institutional management quality, the Category A rating opens up broader networking opportunities and priority mentoring from the government. It also serves as tangible proof of ITB's dedication to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and guiding startups to compete nationally and globally.
