The Bandar Lampung City Health Office carried out a guidance and mentoring agenda for the occupational and sports health program at the Kemiling Health Center Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). This strategic step was taken as a concrete effort to improve the quality standards of health services for the community in the region.
During the activity held in the health center's hall, the guidance team from the Health Office conducted a comprehensive evaluation. The reviewed aspects included administrative management, recording and reporting systems, and the effectiveness of service implementation in the field. This forum also served as a productive space for discussion to map out technical challenges and formulate appropriate solutions.
The Head of the UPT Kemiling Health Center, dr. Hany Musliha, welcomed the initiative. According to her, the guidance and mentoring provided serve as a catalyst for her team to strengthen their capacity for more professional health services.
"Sustainable synergy between the Kemiling Health Center and the Bandar Lampung City Health Office is the main key. We are committed to implementing all feedback so that the occupational and sports health program can have a real impact on creating a fitter and more productive society," said dr. Hany.
It is hoped that through this program intervention, services at the health center level will become more targeted and of higher quality. The success of this program will later become a benchmark in providing sustainable public health services in Bandar Lampung.
