The 2026 Son La Province Outstanding Presenter and Propagandist Competition served as a platform for innovation in delivering public policy messages. Contestants no longer rely solely on conventional methods, but instead integrate technological elements such as artificial intelligence (AI), infographics, and QR codes to create presentations that are more interactive and easier for the public to understand.

Lừ Thị Hương, a contestant from the Lóng Phiêng Commune Party Committee, emphasized that utilizing digital tools is an imperative in the modern era. By using AI for visual design, she successfully packaged political communication materials to be more engaging without compromising political integrity. This step aligns with local government efforts to modernize how Party resolutions are conveyed to citizens, particularly in border areas.

Not only Lừ Thị Hương, but other contestants such as Cao Le Quyen and Dinh Thi Na also demonstrated maturity in collaborating national strategic issues with digital solutions. Their main focus is how to transform communication methods to be more relevant to modern developments, strengthen ideological foundations, and combat the spread of negative content in cyberspace through positive and measured narratives.

The Son La Provincial Government noted high enthusiasm from 69 grassroots Party committees that held independent selection rounds before advancing to the provincial level. From the entire series of events, the organizing committee selected the 20 best finalists deemed most capable of combining political intelligence with innovative technology-based thinking.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Nguyen Tien Viet, appreciated the full digitalization applied in this competition. The use of management software to QR code-based scoring systems demonstrates that digital transformation is not merely discourse, but has been implemented in the organization's real work to build a professional propaganda team adaptive to contemporary challenges.
