PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten (Perseroda) Tbk has officially inaugurated Slamet Riyadi as Business Director, effective from July 1, 2026. This decision was made after he was declared to have passed the Fit and Proper Test by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which was subsequently reinforced through an internal company decree.
Slamet Riyadi's appointment is not without basis. He is a seasoned banking professional who began his career journey at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 1995. Over more than two decades, he has held various strategic positions, ranging from transactional banking to the development of digital and operational strategies at several prominent financial institutions such as Bank QNB Indonesia, Bank Victoria International, and Bank Mega Syariah.
The graduate with a Master's in Banking Management from Padjadjaran University was previously appointed as Business Director through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on January 21, 2026. This inauguration completes the company's board of directors structure, which is currently focusing on a major business transformation agenda.
Bank Banten's management expressed optimism that Slamet Riyadi's presence will serve as a catalyst for accelerating the company's performance. With his extensive experience in the national banking sector, the company is confident in its ability to enhance competitiveness and make a more significant contribution to economic growth in the Banten Province region in the future.
