Bank Mandiri recorded an impressive performance in the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) during the early period of 2026. As of May 31, 2026, the total funds disbursed reached Rp17.77 trillion, reaching 135,829 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Indonesia.

This realization figure represents 43.34 percent of the company's annual target. Amid massive credit expansion, Bank Mandiri managed to maintain its non-performing loan or non-performing loan (NPL) ratio at a very healthy level of around 1 percent. This achievement proves the successful implementation of risk management and prudential principles in the company's micro business model.

Senior Vice President of Micro Development & Agent Banking at Bank Mandiri, Bayu Trisno Arief Setiawan, emphasized that this success is the fruit of strong synergy between the government, banks, and business actors. Bank Mandiri positions KUR as a strategic instrument to stimulate regional economic growth, while expanding job opportunities by increasing the production capacity of business actors.

The commitment to the productive sector is clearly reflected in the company's credit distribution structure. A total of 63.54 percent of the total KUR, or equivalent to Rp11.29 trillion, has been allocated to the production sector. From this amount, the agricultural industry emerged as the largest recipient with total funding reaching Rp5.82 trillion or 32.77 percent of the total distribution.

In addition to the agricultural sector, the KUR funds also targeted the production services sector with Rp3.86 trillion, the processing industry worth Rp1.35 trillion, and the fisheries sector at Rp249 billion. In addition to focusing on MSMEs, Bank Mandiri is currently also expanding its financing reach to support the government's strategic programs, including the initiative to build three million homes for the community.
