The Yogyakarta City Health Office has officially announced the organization of the Food Safety Education Technical Guidance (Bimtek), specifically aimed at Household Food Industry (PIRT) business operators. This program aims to improve understanding and quality standards of food products manufactured by business operators in the Yogyakarta City area.
This technical guidance activity is scheduled to take place over two full days, from Wednesday to Thursday, July 15-16, 2026. The training sessions will be held in person from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB. Regarding the venue of the event, the organizer will provide further information to potential participants after the attendance confirmation process is completed.
The main target of this program is PIRT business operators, managers, and production employees residing in Yogyakarta City. In addition, residents who do not yet have a PIRT Bimtek certificate are also welcome to participate in the training to meet the applicable food safety regulatory standards.
