A total of 82 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Subang Regency received strategic support through a business development program initiated by the Indonesian Technology Innovation Foundation (INOTEK) in collaboration with the 'Sampoerna untuk Indonesia' program. The main focus of this initiative is to strengthen the capacity of business actors, especially those operating in the food and beverage sector.

During the program period, participants attended a series of intensive training sessions conducted both online and offline. The topics covered a broad spectrum of business development, ranging from strengthening an entrepreneurial mindset, business legality, operational standardization, to the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) for digital marketing. This step was taken as an effort to address the increasingly competitive market challenges.

Vice Regent of Subang, Agus Masykur Rosyadi, emphasized the importance of synergy between the government, the private sector, and mentoring institutions to accelerate regional economic progress. According to him, this program not only provides basic training but also raises the competitiveness of local MSMEs to a more professional level, making it a potential model for economic development in other regions.

Executive Director of INOTEK, Ivi Anggraeni, stated that the success of this program is measured by how effectively participants implement the knowledge gained into real business practices. The focus is to ensure that every entrepreneur is capable of improving internal management and expanding market reach through optimal digital channels.

The real impact of this mentoring is already being felt by business owners, including Leni Mariyani from Dakey House. After applying new strategies regarding product value propositions and digital marketing learned during the mentoring, Leni recorded a 25 percent increase in turnover. This result serves as concrete proof of the effectiveness of strategic interventions in supporting small business growth in the region.
