PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (INALUM) held its 2026 Leadership Meeting (Rapim) as a strategic step to strengthen collaboration and drive business innovation across all group lines. This important meeting was attended by INALUM's board of directors and leaders from various subsidiaries to formulate long-term sustainable policy directions.
Several key entities under the group's umbrella actively participated, including PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI), PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (SMLI), PT Indonesia Aluminium Alloy (IAA), and PT Industri Baterai Indonesia (IBI). On this occasion, PT BAI presented the development of their latest strategic project focused on strengthening the aluminum industry supply chain on a national scale.
On the other hand, PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (SINERGI ID) presented a comprehensive business development plan. The plan includes optimizing logistics management, accelerating information technology and digitalization, environmentally friendly waste management, and improving the quality of human resource management.
In addition to serving as a forum for exchanging ideas and best practices among entities, this annual agenda also featured the presentation of the 2025 Best Initiative Program Awards. This appreciation was given as a form of recognition to work units and individuals who made real contributions to boosting the company's performance throughout last year.
