Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM) is further cementing its position as a Digital Business Campus by providing intensive guidance for students in starting tech ventures. Through the Nusa Mandiri Startup Center (NSC) and the Nusa Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (NEC), the university hosted a strategic workshop titled "Business Model and Business Planning Training" at the UNM Margonda Campus in Depok.

This activity was designed to bridge the gap between creative ideas and sustainable business realities. Participants were invited to delve into crucial startup structures, ranging from market need mapping and value propositions to mature operational strategies. This serves as a preventive step so that students do not rely solely on innovation without a solid, measurable business plan foundation.

Erlan Bahtiar, CEO of Global Mandiri Computer & Consulting, who attended as a speaker, emphasized that startup failures are often triggered by the lack of a strong business model, rather than a shortage of brilliant ideas. He stressed that aspiring entrepreneurs must be able to address market challenges with measurable solutions and clear financial plans before proceeding further.

Head of NSC and NEC, Fitra Septia Nugraha, added that the university's commitment does not end with the training session. UNM provides a comprehensive mentoring ecosystem, including idea validation, mentoring, and facilitating access to national-level funding. These efforts aim to empower students to not only be job seekers, but to become new job creators for society.

This program manifests UNM's slogan, "Turn Dreams into Achievements." By integrating theory with direct practice, graduates are expected to gain strong competencies to navigate digital economic dynamics and deliver a tangible positive impact on Indonesia's startup ecosystem.
