The healthcare sector in Indonesia is recording significant growth dynamics, reflected in the massive expansion of the private hospital business. According to records from the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) until the end of 2025, the investment value in this sector has surpassed IDR 8.2 trillion, reflecting market optimism regarding the increasing demand for medical facilities.
The General Director of Tzu Chi Hospital, Suryadi Huang, views this investment trend positively. According to him, the utilization of modern health technology is a crucial key to addressing the public's need for quality and comprehensive medical services.
In its operations, Tzu Chi Hospital implements an integrated strategy by combining sophisticated infrastructure, medical technology, and human resource empowerment. The company instills service values where patients and their families are treated with an emotional approach, like their own family, to ensure comfort during the treatment process.
Furthermore, the hospital is currently accelerating its capacity expansion to achieve a target of 576 beds. This strategic step is accompanied by the strengthening of leading specialized services, ranging from orthopedic robotic surgery and robotic laparoscopic technology to complex bone transplant procedures.
