This technology has proven effective in rebuilding mobile signal networks across an area of 50 square kilometers, allowing hundreds of flood victims to reconnect with the outside world and access emergency voice and video communications.

In addition to support from government authorities, the involvement of the private sector and volunteer communities has also accelerated logistics distribution. Dozens of civilian drones have been independently deployed to deliver food supplies and medical necessities to locations that are difficult to reach via conventional land routes.

In the water sector, rescue teams are using unmanned survey boats equipped with advanced hydrological sensors. These devices replace field personnel in navigating strong currents and collecting crucial real-time data, which serves as a tactical guide for floodgate management and evacuation decision-making without putting human lives at risk.

Experts assess that the synergy between the government and the private sector in utilizing this technology is a crucial step in modern disaster mitigation. Nevertheless, academics suggest adjustments to airspace regulations so that similar humanitarian missions in the future can operate with greater flexibility and structure for the safety of the general public.
