PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has officially completed the streamlining program for 10 subsidiary entities as of the end of the first semester of 2026. This step is an integral part of the major 'TLKM 30' transformation strategy aimed at restructuring the company's business portfolio to be leaner, more agile, and possess higher added value.

This portfolio restructuring process was carried out through various corporate actions including divestment schemes, vertical mergers, and liquidations. As of June 2026, two entities had undergone divestment, two entities were consolidated through mergers, and six other entities underwent liquidation. This decision was based on an in-depth evaluation of the business relevance and the contribution of each subsidiary to the long-term vision of TelkomGroup.

Telkom's Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio, Seno Soemadji, emphasized that this streamlining is not merely a reduction in the number of business units, but an effort to strengthen the company's foundation as a Strategic Holding. With the Holding Company-Operating Company (HoldCo-OpCo) structure, Telkom can focus more on portfolio management and synergies, while operational entities are directed to move more specifically in the B2C, B2B Infrastructure, B2B ICT, and international business sectors.

Seno added that the efficiency generated from this new structure allows the company to allocate capital more optimally to strategic sectors that support core business growth. In addition, this transformation is carried out while continuing to prioritize Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and coordinating with relevant government agencies to ensure that the entire process runs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In ensuring human resource sustainability, Telkom is committed to conducting the transition process responsibly. All policies affecting the workforce, including early retirement programs, are carried out through voluntary agreements and respect for employee rights. This strategic step is expected to boost company productivity and strengthen Telkom's position as the main driver of the national digital ecosystem with global competitiveness.
