South Solok Regent H. Khairunas emphasized the importance of technological adaptation for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the South Solok Regency Government. While leading a Joint ASN Assembly in the Regent's Office courtyard in Padang Aro, he reminded all staff not to become complacent with existing achievements and to continuously boost performance through various innovations.
According to Khairunas, digital literacy and mastery of information technology are crucial factors for creating efficiency and effectiveness within the bureaucracy. He stressed that current technological developments must be leveraged as an opportunity to transform the public service system into one that is increasingly transparent, fast, and high-quality.
The Regent also encouraged civil servants who are not yet fully proficient in using technology to not hesitate to keep learning. This capacity-building process can be done independently or by gaining knowledge and sharing experiences with colleagues in their respective organizational units.
The event, attended by Deputy Regent H. Yulian Efi, the Regional Secretary, Assistants, Expert Staff to the Regent, and Heads of Regional Apparatus, served as a momentum to reinforce their shared commitment. Khairunas believes that with a spirit of continuous learning, the development trajectory of South Solok Regency can remain on the right track.
