PT Jamkrindo Syariah (JSR) actively participated in the Syariah Financial Fair (SYAFIF) 2026 event held at the South Atrium of Duta Mall, Banjarmasin, on July 4-5, 2026. The company's presence marks a strategic step in efforts to enhance Sharia financial literacy and inclusion, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the South Kalimantan region.
This event is the result of cross-sector synergy between the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesian Islamic Banking Association (ASBISINDO), the Banjarmasin City Government, and various Sharia Financial Services Actors (PUJKS). As the opening city, Banjarmasin was chosen to kick off an educational safari roadshow that will later continue in Jakarta, Semarang, Aceh, and Makassar.
Throughout the exhibition, Jamkrindo Syariah hosted an interactive booth offering guarantee product consultations and educational sessions for the general public, local communities, and university students. The main focus was explaining the vital role of Sharia guarantees as an instrument providing security and easier access to financing from Sharia financial institutions for business actors.
Nur Trismantara, Executive Director of ASBISINDO, emphasized that SYAFIF 2026 is designed as a collaborative ecosystem bringing together regulators, industry players, and the public. With a visitor target exceeding the 13,000 attendees recorded the previous year, the event was also enlivened by creative activities such as the Hadroh Festival, quiz competitions, and a family fashion show.
Through this active engagement, Jamkrindo Syariah hopes to build a deeper understanding of the benefits of Sharia guarantees for economic sustainability. The company invites the people of Banjarmasin to take advantage of this momentum to explore more inclusive and securely guaranteed Sharia financing potential.
