The provincial government is currently striving to facilitate smooth capital access for the business sector to drive production expansion and regional economic stability. Through a series of dialogues with business actors and the banking sector, the government emphasized the importance of synergy so that existing funding policies can be fully absorbed by local entrepreneurs.

Business owners highlighted high investment cost challenges, particularly related to the geological characteristics of land in coastal areas requiring specialized infrastructure. The Provincial Business Association urged the government to provide preferential credit packages and more specific long-term support policies, given that many industrial projects, including high-tech aquaculture, require substantial capital to remain competitive.

On the other hand, administrative obstacles in disbursing government assistance funds remain a notable concern. Some businesses faced difficulties due to non-compliance with equipment technical standards, which hampered fund disbursement. Responding to this, the Department of Industry and Trade emphasized the importance of adhering to proper procedures and document transparency, while ensuring the availability of industrial promotion grant funds ready to be disbursed to qualifying entrepreneurs.

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) explained that current lending interest rates still follow market mechanisms, but control efforts are being made to keep funding costs competitive. The bank encourages businesses facing liquidity hurdles to coordinate immediately to prevent capital flow blockages that could hinder regional economic growth.

The provincial government reiterated that various capital channels are currently available, ranging from commercial banks to special government support funds with a very significant total value. The primary focus now is no longer budget availability, but the effectiveness of policy implementation and technical assistance. The government guarantees fast solutions for any reported obstacles so entrepreneurs do not struggle alone amid challenging market dynamics.
