The business network managed by celebrity Raffi Ahmad under the RANS banner is now the center of public attention. This emerged after an investigative report revealed structural links between the company and a number of individuals categorized as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or political figures with significant influence.
Based on collected data, there are at least 35 business entities operating under the RANS umbrella. These findings have sparked widespread public debate due to the involvement of approximately 17 active political figures in the company's structure and business circles.
The list of names appearing in this business circle includes figures from various levels of government, including the sons of former President Joko Widodo, namely Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Kaesang Pangarep. The presence of these high-profile political names is seen as adding a new dimension to the mapping of relationships between entertainment, business, and power in Indonesia.
In addition to the former president's family, several serving state officials were also recorded as having ties, including Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo and Vice Minister of SOEs Dony Oskaria. The involvement of these policymakers in the private business ecosystem has subsequently sparked speculation and demands for further transparency regarding the connection between public office and personal commercial interests.
