Excitement swept over the Indramayu Sport Center area for two consecutive days on July 11-12, 2026. In celebration of its 36th anniversary, national television station SCTV brought its flagship program, Karnaval SCTV, to greet the public directly in the Mango City.

The event presented a blend of musical performances from the country's top musicians and the presence of popular soap opera stars. Throughout the event, the main stage was enlivened by performances from D'Masiv, Five Minutes, Budi Doremi, Wika Salim, and the debut performance of Bian Gindas' newest single titled 'Tarik Ulur'. In addition, a lineup of soap opera stars such as Zoe Jackson, Rizky Nazar, and Dinda Kirana also greeted fans who had packed the venue since morning.

Not only offering on-stage entertainment, the organizers also provided various interactive activities that the community could participate in for free. Some of these included mass aerobics, coloring competitions, fun mini soccer, and an artist parade. The 'Jelajah SCTV' (SCTV Explore) area was also a special attraction with the presence of 3D Trick Art and Interactive Booths that attracted visitors of all ages.

More than just entertainment, this activity also integrated public service functions and local economic empowerment. SCTV collaborated with relevant parties to provide a Public Service Point booth for residents wishing to renew their driver's licenses (SIM) and vehicle registration certificates (STNK). In addition, an MSME bazaar also colored the event, providing opportunities for local businesses to showcase their flagship products to a wide audience.

SCTV Deputy Director of Programming, Banardi Rachmad, stated that Karnaval SCTV is a form of the television station's commitment to building emotional proximity with viewers across Indonesia. The high enthusiasm of Indramayu residents, despite the scorching sun, is proof of SCTV's success in providing a memorable entertainment experience for the local community.
