The Jalan Rasuna Said area in South Jakarta has once again become a favorite destination for residents to spend their weekends. Since Sunday morning (12/7/2026), public enthusiasm has been high as people crowded the main road to engage in various physical activities, ranging from running and casual walking to cycling.
One cyclist from Manggarai, Tama (30), admitted to making this area his routine route. He feels that the trail conditions on Rasuna Said offer a distinct comfort compared to other crowded centers. In his opinion, the wider access and controlled volume of visitors make the exercise experience more optimal.
Echoing Tama, another visitor named Tri (36) revealed that efficiency was the main factor for choosing this location. In addition to being closer to her home in Mampang, the atmosphere in Rasuna Said is considered much cooler because of the many high-rise buildings sheltering the area from direct sunlight.
Tri, who often brings her child, feels that the comfort in this area is very suitable for families. Apart from adequate sports facilities, accessibility to local culinary vendors around the location is also an additional attraction that makes morning activities with the family even more enjoyable.
