A number of companies under the Protelindo Group ecosystem, including PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) and PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR), have officially obtained a revolving loan credit facility from PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. The maximum funding value reaches IDR 1.5 trillion.

According to an information disclosure report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) released on Saturday (11/7/2026), this transaction is categorized as both an affiliated transaction and a material transaction. Given that all borrowing parties belong to the same business group, PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) acts as a corporate guarantor to ensure all credit facility obligations are met.

This agreement is not actually a new instrument, but rather an extension of an initial agreement signed on December 9, 2022. Management emphasized that despite involving affiliates, the transaction does not contain any conflict of interest elements as stipulated under Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 42.

The entities involved in this financing scheme include IBST, SUPR, Iforte Solusi Infotek, BIT Teknologi Nusantara, and Iforte Energi Nusantara. The interconnected ownership structure—where Protelindo acts as the majority or indirect shareholder in these companies—provides a strong foundation for the group's capital management efficiency.

Suciratin, Corporate Secretary of IBST, stated that this credit facility will not have a negative impact on the company's operational continuity or financial condition. Instead, this step was taken to secure more competitive financing terms and conditions to support future business stability.
