For Bank Central Asia (BCA) customers who are also loyal users of the OVO digital wallet, topping up balances can now be done more flexibly through various banking channels. BCA provides ease of access starting from the myBCA application, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, to conventional transactions via ATM machines across the network.
The primary method applied to process this top-up is using a Virtual Account (VA) number, which serves as the identification of the user's OVO account. The specific code to be entered is 39358 followed by the phone number registered to the associated OVO account.
For BCA Mobile users, the top-up process can be carried out by selecting the transfer to Virtual Account menu, entering the code 39358 followed by the mobile number, and then confirming the recipient details and the balance amount. The transaction is completed by entering the m-BCA PIN, and the balance will be updated automatically once the system verifies the successful transaction.
Meanwhile, for myBCA application users, a similar procedure applies by entering the Virtual Account number in the available menu. It is important to note that each top-up transaction will be subject to minimum balance limit regulations as well as administrative fee policies set by OVO and BCA in accordance with current regulations.
