Paramount Land officially opened the 'Se-Hampton' commercial and lifestyle area located within the Manhattan District of Paramount Gading Serpong on Saturday (11/7/2026). This inauguration marks an important milestone in the development of the 22-hectare business district, which carries a multi-experience concept for the wider community.
The name 'Se-Hampton' itself combines the philosophy of 'Se', meaning entirety or whole, with four main pillars: Hampton Square, Hampton Avenue, Hampton Promenade, and Hampton Walk. The area is designed to be a one-stop destination accommodating retail, culinary, entertainment, and social interaction spaces through a dynamic and easily accessible approach.
Paramount Land Director Chrissandy Dave revealed that the area's growth shows an impressive performance. Since the start of development in 2021, the area's occupancy rate has surged significantly from 23 percent in mid-2025 to over 81 percent by the end of June 2026. According to him, this demonstrates resilience and high confidence from investors and business actors regarding the long-term prospects in Gading Serpong.
Echoing this sentiment, Paramount Land Sales & Marketing Director Ferry John Sihombing stated that the presence of Se-Hampton is not merely a physical development, but also the company's effort to revitalize the local economic ecosystem. Through a selective tenant curation strategy and regular area activations, the district is expected to become a new magnet for economic growth in western Jakarta.
To celebrate the grand opening, the management organized various entertainment events ranging from lion dance performances to live music across tenants. Additionally, visitors were treated to the 'Hot Weekend Deals' promotional program offering attractive discounts at dozens of outlets through July 12, 2026, strengthening the area's position as a preferred destination for families and business professionals.
