PT Bach Multi Global Tbk (BACH) has officially announced its plans for an initial public offering (IPO) to accelerate business growth in the telecommunication infrastructure and electrical systems sectors. The company targets releasing up to 615 million shares to the public, with projected proceeds ranging from IDR 271 billion to IDR 307.5 billion.

President Director of BACH, Budi Kurniawan, stated that this corporate action is a strategic step to strengthen the company's capital structure while improving Good Corporate Governance (GCG) standards. Furthermore, this move is expected to expand access to financing for the company, which has been established since 2026.

The strategy for utilizing the IPO proceeds has been carefully prepared, with the majority to be allocated toward paying off the company's debt obligations. The remaining funds will be focused as working capital for the procurement of new generators with a total capacity of 50 Megawatts.

These generators will later be managed through rental schemes as well as direct sales. BACH management is optimistic that this expansion will contribute significantly to the company's financial and operational performance ahead of the closing of the 2026 fiscal year.
